The elegant dress consists of a mid-weight black velvet, and features sleeves with snap button cuffs, interior shoulder pads, standing pleated surplice collar, and softly pleated skirt with hidden side pockets.

It also has self covered buttons at the back of the neck as shown, zippered back, and single label for "Dry Clean" and size “10”.
